🥈
Qt Silver Partner Recognised commercial partner status within the Qt partner programme — representing demonstrated Qt delivery capability and a track record of production Qt projects.
Qt Technology Partner Technology ecosystem partner with Qt Group — active involvement in product R&D, technical collaboration and platform integration across Qt's product portfolio.
🎓
Qt Training Partner Authorised to deliver official Qt training. Crossware engineers learn Qt at depth — and can transfer that knowledge directly to customer engineering teams.
Inside the Qt ecosystem

Not just a partner. Part of how Qt gets delivered.

Crossware's relationship with Qt Group goes beyond a logo on a partner page. We have worked alongside Qt's own engineers — on Qt Group's internal R&D, on Qt Group's customer delivery projects, and on our own customer products. That depth of involvement gives Crossware access and insight that most Qt implementers don't have.

01
Qt Group internal R&D

Crossware has contributed to Qt's own product development — working inside the framework, not just on top of it. This gives our engineers a level of Qt internals knowledge that comes only from working at source level.

02
Qt Group customer delivery

Qt Group has brought Crossware in to support delivery of Qt solutions for their own customers — meaning Qt trusts Crossware to represent the framework in front of Qt's customer base.

03
Crossware's own Qt customer projects

Independently, Crossware delivers Qt-based products for automotive, industrial and maritime customers — from instrument clusters and infotainment to industrial HMIs and operator panels.

A core of the Crossware team has worked directly inside Qt Group, bringing institutional Qt knowledge into every client engagement.

Qt for MCUs — dedicated page

Qt for MCUs has its own page — and a deeper story.

Crossware has been involved with Qt for MCUs since its earliest days — developing the first demonstrators, contributing to R&D, running a dedicated QA programme, co-developing the Eclipse showcase with Qt and Infineon, and shipping 10+ automotive products into SOP. Qt's preferred partner for MCU projects.

01 · Embedded Linux — application processors

Qt on Linux, from i.MX6 to i.MX95.

Crossware delivers Qt on embedded Linux across the full range of application processors — NXP i.MX6 through i.MX95, Renesas R-Car and STM32MP. Hardware GPU acceleration, Qt EGLFS and Wayland compositor setup included. Both Qt Quick/QML and Qt Widgets, depending on what the product requires.

Qt Quick / QML Qt Widgets Embedded Linux GPU acceleration EGLFS / Wayland Yocto
  • Qt on Yocto Linux from NXP i.MX6 through i.MX95, Renesas R-Car and STM32MP
  • Hardware GPU acceleration: DRM/KMS, OpenGL ES, Vulkan, Qt EGLFS and Wayland
  • Qt Quick Controls and QML performance profiling for embedded Linux targets
  • Automotive IVI and infotainment HMI on Linux application processors
  • Industrial operator panels and connected device UIs on embedded Linux
  • Cross-platform Qt builds targeting multiple embedded Linux hardware variants
02 · Desktop — large-scale industrial applications

Qt desktop applications for industrial and enterprise environments.

Crossware has developed large-scale Qt desktop applications used in demanding industrial environments — complex data visualisation, multi-panel operator interfaces, real-time data feeds and industrial control systems. Qt Widgets and Qt Quick both, depending on what the application requires.

Qt Widgets Qt Quick C++17 / C++20 Linux desktop Windows Multi-screen
  • Large-scale desktop applications deployed in industrial facility and process control environments
  • Real-time data visualisation with high-frequency update rates
  • Multi-panel and multi-monitor operator interfaces
  • Qt Model/View architecture for complex data structures
  • Qt SQL, Qt Network and custom protocol integration
  • Cross-platform deployment across Linux and Windows from a single codebase
03 · Qt version migrations

Qt 4 to Qt 6 — the full migration path.

Crossware has migrated production applications across the full Qt version span — Qt 4 to Qt 5, Qt 5 to Qt 6, and direct Qt 4 to Qt 6 ports. Qt 6 migration involves significant API changes, QML engine updates, deprecated module removal and toolchain updates. Crossware handles the full migration including regression testing and release validation on the target platform.

Qt 4 → Qt 5 Qt 5 → Qt 6 QML migration API porting CMake migration Regression testing
  • Qt 4 to Qt 5 and Qt 5 to Qt 6 production application migrations
  • Removal of deprecated APIs and Qt 5 Compatibility module dependencies
  • QML engine and type system updates for Qt 6
  • Build system migration from qmake to CMake
  • Qt Quick Controls 1 to Qt Quick Controls 2 / 3 migration
  • Post-migration regression testing and release validation on the production platform
04 · Mobile — Android & iOS companion apps

Qt mobile applications connecting products to phones.

Crossware has developed Qt-based mobile companion applications for both Android and iOS — connecting embedded products to user devices via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and cloud backends. One Qt/QML codebase, deployed to both platforms, with native integration where the platform requires it.

Qt for Android Qt for iOS QML Bluetooth LE Wi-Fi / cloud Cross-platform
  • Qt for Android and Qt for iOS companion app development from a shared codebase
  • Bluetooth Low Energy integration between mobile app and embedded product
  • Qt Quick / QML UI adapted for touch-first mobile interaction patterns
  • App Store and Google Play deployment pipeline
  • Native platform integration via Qt platform plugins where required
  • Mobile app paired with embedded Linux or MCU product for end-to-end connectivity
