Crossware has worked on the TRAVEO™ T2G cluster MCU family since 2023, across the CYT3DL, CYT4DN and CYT4EN variants — building production clusters for Tier-1 suppliers, and the demonstrators Infineon uses to show what the platform can do.

Crossware is an Infineon Preferred Design House, working on TRAVEO™ T2G across the CYT3DL, CYT4DN and CYT4EN variants. That relationship runs in two directions: Crossware delivers production cluster software for Infineon’s customers, and builds the reference demonstrators Infineon uses to show the platform’s graphics capability at exhibitions and in technical webinars.

Three variants. Three different problems.
Each TRAVEO™ T2G variant lands in a different segment with a different constraint. Crossware works across all three — in production programmes and in the demonstrators that define what the silicon can do.
Two-wheeler clusters
The 3DL is extremely popular in the two-wheeler cluster segment. Crossware supports a leading Tier-1 supplier building a range of connected clusters for India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer.
The defining constraint is flash. The entire HMI stack has to sit inside 4 MB of internal flash — and of that, only around 2 to 2.5 MB is available for the whole HMI application, graphics assets included. Delivering a connected cluster in that budget takes deep optimisation at every level, while holding runtime frame rate where it needs to be.
Passenger car clusters & demonstrators
Crossware has built multiple demonstrators on the 4DN, including Project Eclipse — the map streaming showcase developed jointly with Infineon and the Qt Company — and a passenger car demonstrator running advanced live ADAS features using only the 4 MB of internal VRAM.
Alongside that demonstrator work, Crossware supports a Tier-1 supplier building a passenger car cluster on the 4DN for one of India’s leading passenger car manufacturers.
Commercial vehicle
The newest engagement of the three. Crossware is supporting a globally leading commercial vehicle manufacturer with its first MCU-based instrument cluster, built on the 4EN.
Two demonstrators that define the platform’s ceiling.
Both were built to the same rule — nothing outside the microcontroller. No external RAM, no external flash. Together they show the upper bound of what TRAVEO™ T2G can render.
Advanced ADAS cluster
A live ADAS view, 3D-style gauge animation, a cinematic startup sequence and multiple switchable themes — running together at over 40 FPS at 1280×480, entirely within 4 MB of internal VRAM.

Project Eclipse — live map streaming
Co-developed with Infineon and the Qt Company. Map frames stream from a companion phone app over Wi-Fi or BLE and render live on the cluster — within the same 4 MB internal RAM envelope. Crossware built the entire stack, phone to pixel.
